In our society girls are still not being taught the power and acceptance of self when they start their menstrual cycle. Instead, they learn embarrassment and shame. I created the Goddess Moon Ceremony to empower young girls and give them autonomy over their bodies. 

 

At the Goddess Moon Ceremony Tea Party, young girls are taught not to be ashamed of starting their moon cycle or the changes that their bodies are going through. They are empowered through exercises that promote self love and acceptance. They learn how to embrace, celebrate and support other girls on the same journey all while having fun. Bring your daughters, nieces and granddaughters out and share with them your stories. It's an experience filled with conversations and crafts over a light lunch that your young lady will carry with her for the rest of her life.

This event is designed for women that would like to grasp a deeper understanding of what the Devinine Feminine is and how to apply it to your everyday life. 

​

We will focus on how to awaken the Devine Feminine through movement, how to tap into our feminine sexual energy, how to navigate in a masculine dominant society and how to heal from past traumas.
